Therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself.
I believe meaningful change starts with feeling heard, respected, and understood.
Here, you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing without judgment or pressure.
A Little More About Me
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my partner and our three kids, hanging out with friends, or with my dog, Sawyer, close by. I also love singing and finding reasons to laugh. The relationships in my life mean a lot to me, and I try to bring that same warmth and authenticity into the work I do.
Community Outreach & Crisis Support
I spent six years working in community outreach, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and navigating complex life circumstances and crises. My experience also included work related to anti-trafficking efforts and connecting individuals with resources and support.
Substance Use Treatment & Clinical Leadership
For the past four years, I have worked in substance use treatment across detox, residential, and intensive outpatient settings. My experience also includes clinical leadership within substance use treatment programs.
Individual Therapy
I provide virtual individual therapy for adults throughout Maine, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and recovery, relationships, grief, life transitions, and other challenges.
